The Kingdom Calm Card Deck is a technicolor tool packed with 55 mind-body practices that support Nervous System Flexibility and Emotional Well-Being.
 
This deck was created with the intention of promoting connection and co-regulation—improving a child’s understanding of what is necessary to calm themselves by not only practicing the exercises in the deck, but by experiencing their caretaker’s emotions and nervous system regulating alongside theirs.
 
The goal is twofold: to increase a child’s capacity to lovingly and compassionately meet themselves when dysregulated, and then to go forward with the ability and willingness to connect with you and the world around them with that same sense of love, compassion, and centeredness.
