      Pretty but Does not ignite properly

      These are pretty but the ones I got seem to be TOO GREEN to burn!!!! I cannot get them to ignite enough to create smoke., they turn black and "pop" stuff all over (very dangerous) but do not stay lit. Also, how does the orange stay with the smudge once the string is burned?

      I’m really sorry to hear that you’re dealing with this situation. It sounds like the oranges may have absorbed some moisture during shipping, which can occur due to changes in the weather.       Smells Lovely. Hard to burn

      It smells amazing, but it doesn't hold a smoulder for very long. It gives a little smoke then extinguisher after maybe a minute. Not enough time to smudge a room, let alone an apartment. I'll keep trying. I may have to take some of the filling out
